We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are typically shipped the same day.

• Free Next Day Delivery over €50 (ex VAT) to UK.
• Standard UK delivery charge €3.95 plus VAT.
• Does not apply to items sent direct from supplier, or large or heavy items.

Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless faulty
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
